Vice President, Sales and Marketing
As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Kevin’s primary responsibility is building the Repcon brand, which involves implementing effective marketing efforts and supporting the sales team.
Kevin’s approach to sales and marketing focuses on creating a culture of opportunity, with an eye towards increased revenue. Utilizing a “top down, bottom up” method, he works to cultivate employee and client growth, satisfaction, and retention. He has helped Repcon further define a cohesive brand identity, expanding brand awareness externally and internally. His bold sales strategies are connected to tools that can measure the effectiveness of each initiative.
Kevin has been involved in the oil and gas industry for more than 30 years. Throughout his career, he has held various positions, spanning from sales to operations and management. He has significant experience developing sales teams and leading them in the design and implementation of strategic sales plans, including building brand cognizance, increasing market development and penetration, and determining product offerings through concrete cost analyses.
In 2018, Kevin joined Repcon, bringing with him a wealth of industry expertise and a dedication to building a culture of teamwork and innovation.
Kevin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in management from the University of Houston.
The Personal Side
Kevin considers his three daughters his greatest accomplishments. In his downtime, he enjoys cooking, boating, golfing, and relaxing with friends.
